Introducing Hari Sapkota, the founder of Adventure Club Pvt. Ltd., a travel, trekking, and expedition company based in Nepal established in 2012. Born and raised in a remote area of Dhading district, Hari had a burning ambition to become a successful businessperson. So, he packed his bags and moved to the bustling capital city of Kathmandu at the young age of 16 to further his studies.

Hari's hard work and dedication paid off as he graduated with a degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Tribhuvan University of Nepal. But he didn't stop there! Hari went on to study Business Entrepreneurship in the land of the long white cloud, New Zealand. Before moving to New Zealand, he gained over a decade of experience in the tourism industry of Nepal, along with roles in administration, diplomacy, and hospitality. This seasoned traveler has visited more than 15 countries and decided to make New Zealand his second home country.

But that's not all! Hari is also a dedicated community worker, currently nominated as Tourism Goodwill Ambassador for New Zealand from the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation for the year 2022 – 2025. As the Founder President of Queenstown Nepalese Society Inc., Hari is actively involved in social and community work. Recently, he was nominated for a Welcoming Communities Advisory Group at Queenstown Lakes District Council.

Hari has organized and led extensive treks and tours for almost two decades, including the famed Everest Base Camp Trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek, and Manaslu Circuit Trek. His vast experience and personal involvement guarantee that Adventure Club will meet the expectations of all travelers. Hari's success has been greatly influenced by his dedicated team members who have selflessly and continuously contributed to the company's massive achievements. From New Zealand and Australia to Nepal, Hari oversees Adventure Club's operations, ensuring that each traveler's experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

Meet Ramesh Sapkota, the vibrant heartbeat driving Adventure Club Trekking Agency's global sales and marketing. Since arriving in New Zealand in 2014, Ramesh has ignited an unparalleled passion. A true dynamo, he owns two thriving restaurants, blending culinary finesse with insights from Nepal's tourism sector where he previously worked. Ngawang Thile Sherpa is a highly experienced and accomplished peak climber with a wealth of experience dating back to 2008. He has climbed Everest three times, showcasing his exceptional climbing skills and resilience in some of the most challenging conditions known to man.

In addition to his Everest climbs, Ngawang Thile Sherpa has also successfully scaled other notable peaks in the Himalayan region, including Chola Che, Mera Peak, and Island Peak. Nawang Nuru Sherpa, born near Mera Peak, is a highly skilled and respected mountaineer with extensive experience in climbing some of the most iconic peaks in the Himalayas. Known for his expertise in Mera Peak, Nawang has also successfully summited several other challenging mountains, further cementing his reputation in the mountaineering community. Having climbed peaks such as Island Peak and Lobuche Peak, his diverse experience showcases his versatility and exceptional mountaineering skills. While Nawang's accomplishments in the climbing world have spanned many years, he has been an active guide with our company since October 2022. Introducing Mr. Nabaraj Adhikari, a seasoned Trekking Guide at Adventure Club, a reputable trekking company in Nepal. Nabaraj was born in Dhading and currently resides in Kathmandu, Nepal. He's widely recognized for his expertise in guiding treks across Nepal and has been an integral part of Adventure Club since its inception. Known for his dedication, professionalism, sincerity, and extensive knowledge, Nabaraj is a top choice for those looking to explore the Himalayas. Besides his work, he's passionate about leading people on meaningful mountain adventures in the region.

Nabaraj's qualifications and specializations are as follows: 

Training: Trekking guide training certified by the Government of Nepal. 

Intensive wilderness first aid training from the Kathmandu Environmental Education Project. 

Leadership training from the Kathmandu Environmental Education Project (KEEP). 

High-altitude risk and prevention training accredited by the Nepal Tourism Board.

Sandip Bhatta is a dedicated  member of our company, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trekking services. With over a year of experience, Sandip’s responsibilities are focused on managing the administrative tasks that keep everything running efficiently for both the company and our clients. One of his key duties is handling the processing of permits for restricted trekking areas and peak climbing. He ensures that all necessary paperwork is correctly completed and submitted to the relevant authorities, making sure our clients have the proper approvals to trek in protected or restricted zones.  

In addition to permits, Sandip is responsible for organizing the logistics of guest arrivals and departures. He takes charge of coordinating airport pickups, ensuring that tourists are met with a warm welcome upon arrival in Nepal. Sandip also manages hotel check-ins, ensuring that everything is ready for our clients when they reach their accommodations. His attention to detail ensures that all necessary travel documents and confirmations are in order, providing a smooth transition from airport to hotel.  

Another essential part of Sandip’s role is maintaining accurate records for all administrative processes. He ensures that permits, client documentation, and other important paperwork are filed correctly and kept up to date. This includes tracking the status of permits, ensuring they are renewed or amended when necessary, and communicating with authorities for approvals and updates.  

Sandip also assists with managing the overall operations of the company by handling small but essential tasks that help the office run smoothly. Whether it's arranging transportation, helping with local arrangements, or coordinating between team members, Sandip's efforts ensure that everything is in place for a seamless trekking experience. His proactive attitude and commitment to supporting both clients and the company make him an invaluable asset to our team during the trekking season.

Pemba Sherpa has five years of experience as a trekking guide in Nepal, showcasing the stunning natural beauty of the Himalayas and sharing his knowledge of local traditions and history. He is skilled in navigating challenging terrain and prioritizes the safety and satisfaction of his clients.

Gobinda Gurung has 2 years of experience, starting his journey as a porter. He completed 3-4 treks as a porter before obtaining his guide license in June 2023. Currently, he is developing his skills by serving as an assistant guide, gaining valuable experience and expertise in guiding trekkers through the stunning landscapes of Nepal's Himalayas. With his dedication and commitment to learning and growing in his role, Gobinda is on the path to becoming an accomplished and reliable trekking guide in Nepal.

Roshan  is a seasoned trekking guide in Nepal with a passion for exploring the breathtaking trails of the Himalayas. With 5 years of experience, Roshan has developed a deep understanding of the region's diverse landscapes and is well-versed in the challenges and rewards of trekking in Nepal.
